ECCL presents: free Webinar hosted by Creative Coach Klaus Haasis

On October 1st 2013 at 6:00 p.m. the European Creative Cluster Lab Project will hold the webinar 'Creative Collaboration in Teams and Networks'.

This webinar is a follow-up of the ‘Lab on Creative Collaboration’ at the TCI Global Conference in Kolding in September 2013. There, a group of about 45 curious cluster managers embarked on the adventure of learning about collaboration in a playful lab atmosphere.

During the webinar in October, ‘Lab Director’ Klaus Haasis will give some further insights in his collaboration and leadership approach, being an innovation manager for more than 18 years, as well as a certified person-centered counselor and systemic coach. All participants will leave with actionable insights that they will be able to use immediately to launch or revitalize collaboration projects, such as:

  • How to create a flourishing collaboration culture?
  • How to build up trust in collaborative environments?
  • What are the needs to develop a climate of innovation and creativity in groups, teams, networks, ventures?

Learn about the 5-step-approach on collaboration processes
This Lab will give a flavor of person-centered and hypno-systemic coaching combined with new findings of neurobiology. A playful and creative practical training through experience based and interactive learning, presented by the European Creative Cluster Lab (ECCL). We invite open minded managers/practitioners in organisations and networks who are interested to develop and improve collaboration culture, creativity and innovation climate in their environment.
